Herb Sudzin, a really sweet Jersey Cowboy, came to interview me before hitting the stage to close the “Light Of Day” 2012 series.
We squeezed it in, quickly after sound check, while patrons were arriving at McCloones Supper Club, in Asbury Park.
The venue included yours truly, and wonderful singer/songwriters in the round, buddies, John Eddie, Willie Nile, Stewart Franke , Joe Grushecky, Joe Rapolla, Joe, D’urso, and a few others that are not named Joe…Peter Elkar, James maddok, Arlan Brennett, Quincy Mumford, Sally Boyd, Jerzy Jung, and Jess Klein.
“Light Of Day” is a foundation seeking a cure for Parkinson’s, and has raised a tremendous amount of funding, through the efforts of a community of musicians, amongst others.
I am pleased that they have included the new comer, me, to the superb music scene here on the Jersey Shore. I want to thank Tony Pallagrosi, and the board for having me participate in such an awesome cause and event.
And now I am pleased to present my interview!
And I would be even more pleased if anyone would care to make a donation at lightofday.org. This week, if you do decide to contribute to L.O.D, and order any of my CD‘s from me, at lindachorney.com, I will give you a second one free, in appreciation of your generosity.
And thanks again, Herb, for making the trip several exits!
